Since your post asking for a Shiny Ariados, nobody has posted here saying they were taking that hunt up yet. Dokku said he was taking up a Psyduck hunt, though. So did Dokku PalPad you and you sent the payment to the wrong user, or did you send payment directly to him thinking that was how it worked? :/
