Luna looked at her paws quickly. "I just normally don't hunt with others. I always go on my own. It helps me clear my mind" she said before she bit her lip.

Tesus did not like the idea of hunting with the pack, but he knew he had to help out. He could sense that the Beta would be a great leader one day, but he also knew what others would do to gain attention. Every time a hunt went wrong the group leader would find a way to blame me.

Tesus: "Leader be careful there are ground rumblings comming from the mountains."

Storm shook his head hearing Luna and waited to see if he was going to be hunting as well or if he was staying back.

Cora opened her eyes. Did she just fell asleep again? She stood up, walked outside the den and looked around. She didn't see the pup inside the den, so she thought she might be playing outside and it was her job to keep an eye on the pups.
»Evelyn? Are you around?«
There were only a few wolves at the camp. They're probably out on hunting, Cora thought.

[Cora woke up / went outside the den / called for Evelyn]

Nightheart and his team took off looking for a fresh scent of prey. Heading down the path at quick silent speed breething in the cool morning air he lept over fallen trees with simple bounds. Listening for the pawsteps of his team he continued forward.

Red had slowly wandered back to camp not soon after finding various arrays of herbs and bringing back some ginger root he had found.

Luna let out a small sigh before she caught the faint scent of deer. "NightHeart" she whispered. "Over to the left, a deer."

Excitement rushed through his blood and calmed it quickly picking up the scent of the deer almost missing it. Veering to the left they followed the scent and Nightheart raised his tail to signal slow and silent. There maybe 100 yards away a young buck stood with two does by his side.

Evelyn was still watching butterfly but then she heard Cora "Denmother is awake ... I should go tell her i am alright !" she said and she looked at Butterfly for last time bafore running away , heading to den . Then she saw Cora , Evelyn hopes that she isnt angry that she wandered away from den . "Good Morning !" Evelyn said with smile on her face

Cora saw Evelyn running to the den. »Ah, there you are«, she said, then sniffing on her. There was nothing special about her, she smelled like always. Thank the heavens nothing happened, Cora thought. She could never forgive herself if a pup disappeared or got hurt while she was the one to take care of them.
»Good morning. What were you doing?«, Cora asked the pup with a friendly look on her face.

Evelyn smiled , she is happy that Cora isnt angry . "I was watching ... " Evelyn stopped , she cant remember . She always had problems with remembering things "I was watching something but i dont remember what it is ... Oh , Nightheart told that hunters defeated another pack in forest ... Wait , no . Nightheart told that there is another pack in forest so we need to be carefull !" Evelyn said with smile , it seems like she thinls that there is no danger .

Cora listened what Evelyn said. When the pup mentioned the other pack, Cora looked into the forest as if she could look right through the trees. I hope the other pack won't hurt the pups, she thought. I will defend the future of the pack with my life.
Then she looked at Evelyn again. »Be careful when I'm not around, okay?«, she said.

Tesus noticed that neither Nightheart nor Constantia called him to be in the hunt. Perhaps I will get some small food to refill for the pups to practice Hunting. Let me ask Cora what she thought the pups and maybe herself would like to play with.

Panthe's ears twitched as she followed. The deer were making a small amount of noise, and it set her sensitive ears on alert.
