I'm trying to update a template of mine, but it says it's locked by C:/Windows/System32/dllhost.exe and I don't know what that is. I can't delete or save over the template, but if I save the updates under a different file name, or in a different folder, I can do it. I can also open the old version. I can move stuff in and out of the folder the image is in. It's the only image I can't change. What is this monstrosity!?. D:

For your first one, I notice how the forehead is way too small, so I suggest moving the eyes and nose down a bit, to get a more natural effect.
For your second one, The face appears to have an unnatural indent between the eyes and the mouth. I believe I can see what you were going for, and I suggest that you move the indent to the eyes instead of the nose, as that then follows human anatomy.
