@PoppolioChan - there is no limit to how many fish you can catch. As long as you have energy you can fish. Top up your energy in the restaurant.

Why Shellder so difficult to find? I've been searching everyday but it won't appear. I want to change my Good Rod to Super Rod :(

It is hard to find but does appear eventually.
One of my kids took over a year to get her Super Rod. Let's hope it doesn't take you that long!!

oh ok cos i just caught a shiny tentacool, and seeing the guide, i wasn't surprised it was only tentacool that could be shiny. the fact that all mons can be caught as shiny should be added to the main post

Yes. They not only look shiny but will also say (Shiny) next to their name.

UnluckyUmbreon, same here! And you need them to gain the super rod, so it's a little frustrating. I'd like to know if any special requirements have to be in play to catch one. Maybe I really am just super unlucky.
