Also a soothe bell method you can use is the Acupuncture at the Salon.
I don't think it can be used for getting Umbreon and Espeon (haven't tested it xP but I am guessing no?) but it can be used to evolve any of the other Soothe Bell evolve pokemon

How do I use the King's Rock to evolve Slowbro. I've tried using it on him but it won't let me. I've traded Slowbro while holding the King's Rock but nothing.

How do I use the King's Rock on it.

Slowbro cannot evolve.
You need to use the King's Rock on a Slowpoke to evolve it into Slowking.
It has no effect on Slowbro.

Slowpoke actually has to be traded while holding it.

I can ask why the dawn stone is never appearing in the shop? i mean is not a super rare stone, or yes?. I never will have my gallarde :,(

The dawn stone does appear in the Item Shop, you just don't see it often. I suggest you check the shop when they restock with new items (I forgot when it does restock, but it says when in the Item Shop)

(And I think I have a dawn stone, so you can buy it from me if you want)

Yes, Noibat exists on PokéHeroes. However, the thread about evolving isn't really the best place to ask this, and even less the place to search for one.

They appear in the Item Shop from time to time; just check every day and you'll get one eventually.

If you're looking to trade something with other users, this thread is still not the place to do that. Please post it in the appropriate area [the GTS forum]

Same as the official games. Get it to level 32 while it's in your party with a Dark-type pokémon :)
