Reshiram and Zekrom, for example, have a dex slot, too even though they're not available yet. But they will be, one day.

So basicly, if I want to get an evolved Karrablast AND Shelmet, I should have either or in my party? In that case, I got to have Shelmet and Karrablast in my party till i get a 2nd Karrablast or Shelmet...

Yes; if you want to evolve one, you need to have the other in your party. As evolved forms don't count, you'll need to have two of each; one to evolve, one to make sure the other evolves.

(However, you don't need to have them both in your party indefinitely. You can put one in your party, if you know you're getting the other one. You'd just need to get a 'new' one, to make sure the other evolves as well.)

So does the trade effect it already as Gastly?? Because I've got some of my Gastly from the auction house and they evolved like usual to Haunter and then Gengar without trading again

Yes; a 'trade-evolution' is recognized as a pokémon having a different OT.
If you are not the OT, even though it hasn't been actually 'traded', it'll still evolve :)
