In this case, you need to use a Soothe Bell on your Cleffa so it can evolve into Clefairy.

If you obtain a Weather Balloon from Rumble, you have to go to your Item Bag and use that Weather Balloon with a Castform. The evolution will be the weather that is happening at that time

If you spot a specific Castform form in the upper right corner of the page (on the user bar) you want to evolve your own Castform to, use a Weather Balloon (from your Item Bag) on your blanc Castform. It will evolve accordingly.

Is there any way to stop a pokemon from evolving?
My favorite pokemon is a second evolved form and it evolves with leveling.


P.S. I don't have the pokemon right now.

Edit:

In PokèHeroes, how do you change Cherrim's Overcast Forme into its Sunny Forme.. or, any other Pokèmon's Forme? :O

How do you evolve Yanma into Yanmega here? I checked the Bulbapedia and apparently it gave me this:

wait i have gengar that have the buble and it is 53 lv.When i used my mega stone nothing happened :(.What to do.Should i give it or is this bug?

Don't use it but give it to your Gengar. When reaching the next level, it should mega-evolve.^^
