Kind of like how, let's say, I dunno... Flowey isn't someone you would really want to just hang out with, but he is super awesome as an enemy and character.

Yknow the flavor text? Yknow the *Smells like mettaton text and stuff? That's supposedly chara. If you pay attention to that text in pacifist you can see how much of a dork chara probably was
I dunno I just really get upset when people call chara horrible, I knows its an opinion but nobody really takes the time to look at the childish cute side chara definitely has

I'm just going on what I got out of
all of the stuff in the game that I noticed which was clearly Chara
and how negative it was. Although, I don't see where that "Smells
like..." is Chara theory would come from. Maybe I'm missing
something, but on what basis would anyone say that? But just the
fact that Chara takes control of Frisk's body ONLY in the event of
a GENOCIDE run makes me think that they're not-so-great. However,
that is just me.

Wait, Mark's actually doing his again? Yay! And Jack said he wasn't going to do Genocide on YouTube, but I'm so glad he is! I'm gonna need to watch another Pacifist Run after though, because Genocide makes me sad.

I'm also extremely disappointed in us. Are we such huge monsters that we want to see our favorite YouTubers murder our beloved video game friends?
What does that say about us? What does that say about me? I've watched the Sans fight so many times now that I remember every dodge and in what sequence. I know all of his lines. I HAVE BECOME A MONSTER, TOO!

No no like all the "flavor text" not
just the Smells like texts
the text after the *'s in the game is supposedly chara, in both routes. In the pacifist route, if chara is truly the flavor text, you can see how dorky chara can be at times. Chara always had partial "control" of frisk i guess? not actually control in the pacifist run, but chara was more there for guidance through flavor text. This flavor text theory im assuming is a result of flowey calling you chara despite you not being them, because your souls are very similar and you resemble the cute adorable nerd of a child chara was when he was with the dreemurr family
im still not sure about all this but this is just my theories and imo chara is a cute dweeb, i respect your opinion but i hope you at least consider this :'/
