your Undyne Moments are perfectly normal for being calm, but, Toriel looks way too calmed down for that situation.

also, what is this castle?
is it Asgore's castle? if it is, then should't Core and its thingies be around it?

It might be Asgore's castle. The
reason why the core and stuff is not there is because, if you look
closely there are buildings the same as when you walk through the
bland grey path with monsters/flowey telling you a story, the path
is long and it is also leading to Asgore's castle. You also need to
get into an elevator from core, remember? And it took a long time
for you to arrive, so the distance between core and Asgore castle
is close but not too close.

I Like the waterfalls, I just love the
music and the guy who plays the music box for the piano to get the
red orb then annoy dog comes and I just love it.

Also I tried to explain Undertale today to someone (vERY BADLY IM NOT GOOD WITH EXPLAINATIONS)

it went kind of like this
Me: So it's where you are a human who falls into a mountain to the Underground, where monsters live. Then an evil flower tries to kill you but he's actually a goat prince that died and got his remains injected into a flower by an otaku lizard and now he has no soul so he can't do good things. After that you have to try to get out of the Underground and you meet another goat skeletons and an aggressive fish and the lizard and a fabulous robot and another goat. The game changes ending depending on who is dead. Like if you killed no one then the flower turns into a goat angel of death and if you killed everyone then the flower's evil sibling comes and offers to destroy the world with you.

But overall, New Home tops all of that. It's so peaceful, so beautiful, and the music is so calming and I can't even describe how it makes me feel. I don't know if it counts as Hotland/Core, but it's by far my absolute favorite area in the entire game.
