In a way, the game kinda implies Mettablook.
Mettaton asks if you'll smooch a ghost during his game show and all answers are yes.
Aaaand Mettaton lets Blook be his music editor at the end of the game and they're seen in the same room at Blook's house.

Hey, could I change my favorite character on the form to Asriel? I actually finished the playthrough I was watching, and decided he was my favorite. I still love Papyrus though.

Ok. I really wanted to change my username to Asriel, but there's already two so I won't. All the characters' names were taken so fast. It'll be a while before I can change it anyways.

does anyone here follow paper-maria-wiki on tumblr? they're one of my favorite blogs, they do a lot of voice acting, particularly for undertale. for instance, this lovely content (swear warning on that one) and also this feel-inducing comic ( no swears but possible spoiler warning?? you should read it if you've played the genocide route or at least know what happens at the end)
