This might represent that how authors publish one book, if it becomes popular, they're kind of stuck milking the cash cow, either from pressure or greed.

Mettaton (NEO > EX > box) asdfghjk he is just xqx I love his character. His dialog is gold, his NEO form is amazing cool, don't get me started on Death By Glamour, what a song.

also I probably forgot to mention I just didnt feel like adding the arms i'm a lazy butt so i decided that metta after losing his arms was good enough
What I did forget to add was some of the stuff on his face. I was looking at his overworld sprite and it didn't show up

I enjoy doing some art myself, even though I'm not very good at it, haha. I'm still practicing perfection!
