Every dragon can fight as long as they meet these conditions: They have enough energy (they gain energy by eating and lose energy upon fleeing battles, hours of waiting, or losing battles), they have a name, and they're adults. That means nameless dragons CANNOT fight, baby dragons cannot fight, and dragons with low energy cannot fight~ If your Pearlcatcher lacks one of these requirements, that may be the reason why it's not showing up! :> (I believe those are all of the requirements x'D )
