Shadow was trying to transform into a
Lucario in the middle of a war, and when he did, he stood up, and
was shot in the back, luckily a fellow ally had carried him to a
medical tent, where he was treated and was told he was to be a
Lucario forever, but after the war, some of his human parts came
back in, and had realized his Dog-tags were his entire life, they
were made of metal, so they were hard to break, and he had multiple
lives, because he was a high rank in the military, and he received
a tag for every promotion. so he had 4 (excluding main Tag) Tags
left, to signify he had 5 lives left.
