This is not a bug that can really be fixed as it's a "bug" caused by how computers work. Due to the limited amount of bits used to represent a number, numbers may lose precision when performing divisions. In the case of the bag percentages, the number of items you currently own is divided by your goal (in this case: 58 / 100).

You can try it out yourself:
JSFiddle. All this does is calculate (58 / 100) * 100 and yet it outputs (at least on my computer): 57.999999

The screen size problem described in issue #2 has now been fixed. It's possible to play the minigame properly now on any screen and device. You no longer have to zoom out or anything.

I'm afraid issue #1 cannot be "fixed" though. The Giratina miniquest is supposed to "surprise" you when you expect it the least. Suddenly having to click like a maniac is part of the experience, you shouldn't be prepared for it. The randomness is "not a bug, it's a feature".

Update #1:
Attention fishermen and fisherwomen of Emera Town: Our beloved beach area has now been expanded! Parts of our sandy beach were previously inaccessible to the public, as rare fossils were searched for there. The research work is now completed. The result: There are rare fossils on our coast that must be over a hundred thousand years old! From now on trainers are allowed to fish for them and are free to keep them.

Please note that these fossils work a little differently in comparison to the SwSh games. The spoiler below shows which Pokémon is summoned by which fossil:

Researchers have also found another still unidentifiable object. It is a strangely glowing rock which radiates a curious power. The interesting thing is that the researchers were able to find these stones only during thunderstorms.

	Implemented! ... sort of. From now on you can keep searching for species which are currently not available in the tall grass. As soon as new eggs are available, your Egg Radar automatically picks up the search again. I think this makes it even easier to use than an alarm functionality :) [Read more]

	Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this a duplicate of this suggestion? Either way, this is basically implemented now because of the two month auto-expiration of trades. Of course, trades of banned users will still be there - but they'll at least be cancelled now after some time. [Read more]
