Yes. though I believe that particular sprite was meant to be obtained on a shiny hunt or something. Just adopt 250 eggs via the radar. Though again, you need to own the rarity chip for that Pokémon's rarity. I'd also recommend buying the egg radar upgrade that greys out spots containing wild Pokémon, so you can find them faster. Though for easy rarity it shouldn't be too hard.

As for if it's a bad thing is wild Pokémon attack: Not necessarily, it just means you need to wait a bit to try again.

	If you just want random eggs, you'll want to use Rowan's lab. The tall grass is mainly a tool for shiny hunters. It allows you to search for specific eggs that you have recorded it your egg dex so you can hunt them. It isn't necessarily for 'just any random eggs'. Additionally, you can only hunt for eggs you have the rarity chip for(Ex Easy chip for easy rarity eggs) [Read more]
