Lottery Method: All tickets will be drawn from random.org

Quote1, The Grand Prize (shiny Regigigas) will be from the total amount of tickets handed out. [This will be definitely be raffled out once 80% of the total goal is reached]
2, The Secondary Prizes (shiny Regirock, Regice, Registeel, and Regigigas) will be from the amount of tickets you've received from donating specific gems (Flying = Regigigas, Ice = Regice, Electric = Regirock, Fire = Registeel). [These will be definitely be raffled out once 35% of the total goal is reached]
3, The Teritary Prizes (female Relicanth w/ Lugia Voucher, Regirock, Regice, and Registeel) will be from the total amount of tickets handed out. [These will be definitely be raffled out on Jan 1 2017!]
4, The Tier Prizes are when 250 gem check points are reached in the Flying/Ice/Electric/Fire sections--they will all be male Relicanths!
5, Aside from winning Tier Prizes: winning any of the placement prizes means that you win that one Regi. It'd be more fair and fun if 9 people won the placement prizes instead of one or two individuals :3
6, If you are selling gems to me, I am paying 500pd per gem. No more, and no less. I will not be haggling that price with you.

Note! Pokédollar/Hashtag/Normal/Dragon gem tickets go in whichever section you want to put them in. Tickets purchased without being labelled will be shuffled automatically to the Flying section :3

Important! If all the gems can be collected before the deadline, I'll double the prizes--which means double the placement winners! :D

Ticket Method: Please make a forum post about what you're sending en-mas, it makes it easier for me to count! Otherwise all deliveries, pd or gems must have "ArgentisTrioRaffle" in the comments--if this is not done, the delivery will be considered a donation with no ticket(s) awarded.
