Cleffa and Igglybuff have Cute Charm, so Pokémon attacking them can become infatuated. But they're both Baby Pokémon, and can't breed, so aren't they still children? That's kinda screwed up.

Neither Ferroseed's family nor Larvesta's family can learn TM45 (Attract), and neither can Nincada. Ferroseed and Ferrothorn not being able to makes some sense, but the others are just arbitrary. Even weirder, Cryogonal CAN learn TM45, despite being genderless!
