How do I evolve Slowyore (the event Pokemon) into Yoreking?

I need a way to crop a very precise part of an image without changing the resolution. Specifically I need to get the Pawniard and Bisharp parts (bottom right quadrant, 618 and 619 respectively) from this image but every time and way I crop it to get just those parts it blurs and shifts the pixels. Very frustrating but hopefully there is sprite artist out there who knows how to do that...
