Hey guys, I could not sleep for any reason new years eve. If I tried, the sleep lasts 10 seconds. It starts normal, then freezes, all sound overlapping into a mess. I can barely move too. If I scream, it only comes out as a whimper. When I wake, my heart rate is up very, very fast, and I need to be near a bright light for 30 minutes before I try to sleep again. I don't wake myself. Something else does. I don't know what it is, but please help me.
