I felt air sick in the plane, I only ate 1 meal. The medication they gave did not work at all.
I feel better now but not my cold

I haven't had a cold for ages though thanks to the brown inhaler but I now have fostair.
I guess I will be giving inaccurate results for the peak flow test again. I had a cold back when I first started it...
I think I will go and see a doctor in Japan to get medication for a cold. Cold and asthma is a bad combination for my lungs.
I like the doctors in Japan, you don't have to wait hrs and you can see them on the day you pop in unlike UK.
But it's not free, it's still worth it though.
I don't know if I'm forgetting anything to put in my suitcase.
Imagine remembering what I forgot once I arrive in Japan XD
This year will be my first time travelling with my inhalers. I'm only meant to be using fostair but I hate it, it makes me feel worse so I use the blue one as a reliever. At least the doctor told me that I can just use 1 puff instead of 2.
The doctor has no idea why I had bad reaction to it.( I don't think she's a specialist with asthma)
And I need to do the peak flow test again!
I guess I will be whistling in the plane 🤣
Still on the waiting list to find out what type of asthma I have since my one does not show any signs of wheezing 🙃
My snail Nai-chan is awake!
All I did was cleaning its house really carefully avoiding the soap becoming in contact with it but as I rinsed it, Nai-chan woke up 😂
I had to clean it cause I haven't for more than a month since I didn't want to disturb it's hibernation. I thought if I clean it now incase it wakes up while I'm away, my dad probably won't have to clean it as much but....
Oh well! I bet my dad won't be happy. He was crossing his fingers for it to stay asleep
He did look after it properly though last year. More worried about the snail than my dog even though it was a normal behaviour for my snail 🤣
My snail isn't like the others so understandable why my dad gets worried.

I will either fall asleep a lot when I get there or I keep waking up at 4-5am for a while.
I find sleeping on the plane really uncomfortable but luckily we're leaving at night so I'm probably likely to sleep. If I don't... I'm probably awake for the whole flight (over 14hrs)
The best food I had on the plane for last year was nissin cup noodle (it was at the back of the plane served as a snack)🤣
I think I ate like 2 cups cause I didn't have appetite with the dinner they gave.
I was actually sleeping and I smelt something good, looked to the side and my mum was eating it. She was like "oh" 😂
They should serve cup noodle as a meal option. I won't mind having it as lunch.

There's a big ferris wheel but I didn't get on it cause I was afraid of how high it went XD

I used to get kids meal all the time even if I was passed the age for it cause off loss appetite hoping that I could eat and you get more snacks/sweets so even if I didn't feel like eating I was able to eat those.
But for about 2 years, the food my mum was eating tasted much better compared to last time I had an adult meal (it tasted awful many years ago that all I ate was sweets that my mum bought until they introduced kids meal 🤣)
So this year I'm going to have the adult meal.
Hopefully, this time I can eat properly.
