I've done 8250 levels on endless path totally, gotten 28 Regis (5 Regice, 7 Regidrago, 7 Regirock, 5 Registeel, Shiny Regice, Shiny Registeel, Shiny Regirock), but not a single Regieleki. I do realise this could be bad luck, but there is an 0.193% chance of this happening. (No, that number is not a typo). Half that chance if we count the Regidrago from Split Decision Path.

For Regieleki:
Sitewide frequency: 138 ( Shiny ) / 708 (846 total)

For Regidrago:
Sitewide frequency: 162 ( Shiny ) / 745 + 7 I haven’t hatched (911 total)

There are 7.68% more Regidrago on site than Regieleki.

I've spent 318.5k PD and over 200k Powerorbs on this.

It approximately takes 7 minutes per 100 levels, so I've spent at least 600 minutes on this.

I've gotten 3 Shiny Legendaries before a single Regieleki. (4, if we count the bugged egg; 5, counting the Shiny Regigigas that I'll get).

If this is not a bug, then consider this a complaint. 600 minutes spent on trying to get a single legendary egg is utterly ridiculous. I request compensation for this complete waste of time, as well of loss of this bugged shiny egg, in the form of either a normal Regieleki egg, a Shiny Regieleki egg, or Regieleki's EggDex entry a Shiny Regieleki and a Shiny Regidrago.

Edit: got the Regieleki on my 29th egg.

I'd make a suggestion to give both Regidrago and Regieleki as the reward for completing Split Decision Path, but I don't think it'd be worth the time, when its unlikely to be implemented soon. I still do think that would be fair, as Split Decision is the hardest path, given the Height/Weight questions. All the other Regis are guaranteed at the end of their path, but Regieleki/Regidrago aren't.

This is not a bug, just extremely bad luck.

As for the suggestion - please post that in the Suggestion-forum. "I'm not going to post the suggestion, but I will still complain" will not change anything.
