So uhh, I was playing at the wingull gulf and my points were stuck at 13 even though I perfectly clicked all wingull and pelipper without clicking any piplup or swablu(perfect score: 100). Also, after the game is finished, the screen is still stuck at the mini game screen but no more pokemon spawns(basically just the background). Here is the screenshoot I took as proof:

As you can see, theres a 7 minute gap between the screenshoot(and i didn't encounter a single pokemon at that time). The points in each screenshoot are also stuck at 13.

doesn't fix the bug, but i can provide a small explanation!

do you see in the bottom left of your screenshots that there are an absurd number of guests? over 700 of them. normally, pokeheroes has about 100-200.

i suspect someone was trying to overload pokeheroes at this time by loading too many users at once to attempt to lag or crash the site (ddos attack). i was online during this time watching the guest counter go up by 50s in one second, and it did indeed make the wingull gulf lag, along with all other pages.

this should be a one-time bug (only occurs when someone is ddos attacking; rarely). but if this happens again outside the high guest limit, you should update this post with more info!

I’m having a problem with the same game but our problems seem a bit different.
My screen always show around 120-200 people online at once.

I’m on an iPhone 14, and when I click the Wingull or Pelipper, it doesn’t register my clicks 😕
But the diglett wack a mole registers the click pretty much finely.

I just encountered this, where it was at 0 points but it should've been 99. It didn't go up at all, and then when it was over, it was the forever waiting game where no more mons show up, but I didn't get any points or tickets either.
I checked and there's 800 guests currently, so maybe that IS why, but it's the first time it's not counted at all for me 🥲

Edit to say, I'm on iPhone 15, 18.3.2, on Wi-Fi, using Safari
