I randomly found a little celebii icon in the top right by the weather. I can’t figure out what this is or how I got them. Does anyone know?

That is the Interaction Goal Reward image. Every day interactions are collected into the Love Meter, and depending on how many interactions were collected by reset/midnight, the interactions of the new day are multipled.
