Hello just doubling checking. My Gastly (Retro) is not evolving i assume this is a pokemon from a event or something which doesnt allow it to evolve ?

retro Pokémon can’t evolve unfortunately, and also if they were normal pokemon the gastly line evolves by trading

Retro mons dont evolve.
Retro haunter/gengar is obtained separately.
