Does breeding a event mon with ditto result in the same odds as breeding a event with the same event? Basically asking if they both yield the same odds for a event offspring.

No, if you want the highest chance of Event eggs in the daycare, don’t use a Ditto. Perfect Event pairs (different OTs, same Pokémon, opposite gender) are the most efficient way to get Event eggs from the daycare.

@godmemes while this is not the right thread to ask for that, I’ll answer anyways. Nidorina and Nidoqueen are in the "Undiscovered" egg group and can’t breed, but female Nidoran CAN. You’d have to breed a male and a female Nidoran without evolving them in order to get the egg. Alternatively, you can use the tall grass or gem collector.
