Spriter of the Week (Spriting Contest)!!

So, I want to have a contest for you guys each week (might be extended if not enough people join). I'll have a different theme each time and you have to make a sprite to fit the theme. I figured there were enough people on this website who sprite so I thought this would be fun.
Rules:
1. All PH rules apply.
2. 3 entries max per competition.
3. 400 PokeDollars for the first entry. 600 for the second and 800 for the third. Send it before the deadline or your sprite won't count. So be sure to send it on time because I'm sure you worked hard on it.
4. All of the money is going into the jackpot which I will explain later.
5. If you win 1st many times in a row I will ask you to sit out one round so someone else can have a chance. (No hard feelings)
6. If you want others to comment on your work before the contest ends, write it on the post with your sprite(s).
7. No editing your entry once it's posted. You can edit your post but, not the entry.(I'm watching you O-O)
8. I'm going to judge all of your sprite and my opinion of your sprite. Please don't take it personally if I say something you didn't like.
9. Don't be mean to other contestants.
10. Don't steal anyone's work. If you do you are automatically banned whether you win or not.
11. If you have a suggestion PLEASE tell me. I really do want to know any suggestions (especially for prizes).

Prizes
(Only pick pokemon I can breed. Since we have to trade pokemon I can auction the pokemon you traded me and I'll give you the money from that)
(The Jackpot is the money collected from your entries but I won't tell anyone how much it is)
1st place- The Jackpot or any 2 Rare/Starter/Special (or less) Pokemon from my boxes or 1 event Pokemon.
2nd place- 2 Rare (or less) Pokemon from my boxes.
3rd place- 1 Rare (or less) Pokemon from my boxes.

This week is going to be Gijinka's! You don't have to do anything fancy, just like a fusion with a Pokemon and Human sprite. Try to find the Pokemon that suites the Trainer best.

I think the colors on the wings don't work together with the colors on the rest of the fusion to much. It could also use an extra darker shading at the beginning of the tail.
3rd place- I think this was your best. all of the colors look great together and the parts you fused fit very well. The fluff on the top of it's head is a bit hidden behind the wing and I think it would've looked better a bit more to the left and like 2 pixels down.
I absolutely adore the color of the wings that look like a flame but, it looks a bit of overkill. I think it would have looked better with a different pokemon's tail.
It's a nice combo with Rapidash and moltres but I think you didn't have to say it was also torkel in the fusion since the puff of smoke doesn't really could as a "part" of torkel, just smoke. Also I can see pixels that weren't properly colored near the wings.
2nd place- A very nice fit with the two pokemon and I can't really find anything bad about it. It only came second since it's was only a double fusion and the other was a triple and perfect.
I don't think these two pokemon fit together so well and it was a kind of boring fusion.
1st place- This was a perfect fusion (in my book's) no complaints!

Anyways, let's continue the grass legendary Pokémon series, then. ;D
In case you can't tell, the Pokémon I decided on is a Suicune.
Well, what you might wanna know about him .. the appearance of Grass Suicune may change depending on the seasons. The one you can see above, you would probably encounter in Spring only. If you happen to run into a Grass Suicune in any of the other seasons, he would look slightly different. ;)
(His second Type might be Poison, huh?)
