I have 2 Mega-able Pokémon. One is Luxray♂️ and Absol♂️. If I breed either with a non mega-able mon (perfect compatibility), what are the chances of Mega-able child? Do parents matter? Do I need to worry about anything else other than IVs, family and luck?

And if you're willing to give advice, should I keep, auction, trade, or save to trade later?

Mega-able chance isn't influenced by whether one of the parents is mega-able or not
The only factors that influence mega-able chance are IVs, luck and items that buff mega-able chance

Don't mind me, just floating around here and there, once in a while :3

In that case, how can I see Individual Values? I can see stats on Pokémon profile page.

There's no way to see exact IV stats, but you may notice some Pokémon have stars next to their stats. Those are indicators of perfect or almost prrfect IVs
Silver star shows 29-30 IV while golden star shows 30 IV

Don't mind me, just floating around here and there, once in a while :3

Is it a garranteed mega able pokemon if both pokemon that were bread mega able?

@nat75 You should at least explain what the item does to Mega-able chances ^^"

Destiny knot is one of the items to increase Mega-able chance passively through transferring IVs, as perfect IV mons have higher chance of being Mega-able.

@00riot Mega-able chance stays the same, even if both parents are mega-able. There's no guarantee way to get a Mega-able as of now ^_^"

yeah sorry it just increases the chances of carrying over the iv of the previous pokemon (the parents)
