So I believe this is a bug but I'm not able to freeze my chain since no option to freeze my chain shows up in the Pokéradar page.

The option is available once you have hatched at least 5 pokémon in your chain.

You simply haven't hatched enough Eggs yet, not a bug.

Oh okay I didn't know that. I couldn't find anything about the Pokéradar info so I had no idea about that. Thanks for the info.
