I want to get Hoopa. So I checked the wiki but I couldn't get to know how would I get it. So someone help me with this please.

Here's the link to the original news post.

You have to play the Treasure Hunt at the Game Center, and you may randomly find Hoopa in one of them. (Requires trainerlevel 20, and no other quests active). You then need to find 5 Prison Rings, located on random pages.
