as the title says, is it possible to see a lil over the first 10 position for some of the ranklist categories? or we get only those and the player pos?
also want to know.. is there a chart for the higher level of rumble achieved or is there a cap?

There is currently no way to see an extended Ranklist (I like the idea though, you could try suggesting it in the suggestion forum if you want)

There is no rumble level cap (or no one has reached it)

There is no chart for the rumble level exploration time needed.
