It doesn't matter who you were, if you had good morals, anything like that. You were ripped from whatever you were doing (which was something you were not supposed to be doing, apparently), thrust into a few different rooms, put before some sort of judge and jury, before deemed guilty of your crimes.
But somehow, an interesting series of events happened and now you were sitting in an old guys office. This had certainly been a wild last 10 minutes...or...more?
I don't know, honestly. Time passes differently here in the TVA.
"Okay, the both of you." Mobius said, gesturing towards one...two seats? There was just one a second ago. "Take a seat. Please." The office was definitely odd; white and orange stripes along the wall, a randomly placed desk with a weird red and white ball, a hologram smack dab in the center of the room. Definitely odd.
One of the variants was a very golden colored girl. She had light honey colored skin with scattered vitiligo, light dirty blonde hair tied into two long braids, golden glowing eyes and a slight glow to her. If she still had on her original clothes she would be wearing Witch Clothes but unfortunately the TVA took that away from her :(
She hesitated before sitting down, crossing her arms. She looked, ultimately, confused but also slightly agitated. She was the first one to break the silence after the old man spoke, speaking with an annoyed tone in her voice. She had the right idea, though, to ask all the questions.
"Who are you? Why am I here, who is that-" She gestured slightly towards Kendo's character which I know nothing about right now so there's just this vague sentence here as a placeholder. "-and what. Just. Happened."
"All questions will be answered in due time, but I can answer the first one. I'm Agent Mobius."
Cassiopeia grumbled in response. "That barely answers anything."

"You people have no class! how could you be so rough? I'm not into that kind of thing, you know?"
The TVA officer next to mobius sighed. His dark hair swayed slightly every time he tapped his pen onto his leg. He observed the two with his dim red eyes.
"...My name is Agent Azrael."
The green-haired variant rolled their eyes, mocking the TVA agent.
"mY nAMe iS aZRaEl ooOOoOh. i'M sO sCARy~! Who the hell named you? Sounds like an Xbox live kid's username. You know, the guy who'd always scream racial slurs."
"What is an 'xBox live'."

"Me and my buddy over here are interested in your cases. We think you could help us."
"And?" Cass asked, slightly shuffling.
"And we would help you." Mobius seemed very calm when speaking to the two, glancing at Azreal once in a while. "We're both gonna ask you some questions." He leaned back.
"What do you want, then?" She asked with a frown, looking at Mobius and then Azreal, and spent a few seconds glancing at the person next to her.
"Just some answers. That's all. Well, Azreal? Do you want to start?"

Azrael eyed the two suspiciously.
"...do you two understand why you're here?"
The green haired variant opened their mouth, but Azrael cut them off.
"Nevermind. Of course you don't. They never do. Let's start with a quick icebreaker round."
Arael, ever the introvert, pulled out a set of index cards from the pocket of his jacket.
The green-haired person laughed out loud.
"Index cards? You have index cards for this kind of sh-"
"Quiet."
Azrael cleared his throat.
"...What are your names?"
The green-haired person laughed.
"Oh, I know this one! I'm Brooke Hollis!"

Azrael muttered darkly.
"Oh, trust me dear, I'm anything but normal."
Brooke blew a kiss to the officer, who rolled his eyes.
"...what were you doing right before you got here?"
Brooke grinned cheerfully.
"Eating a grilled cheese! And planning world domination."

"You guys have committed some crime against the Sacred Timeline. Blah blah. Listen. We can't offer you salvation, nobody here can. But a fugitive variant is killing our minutemen."
"So you need...our help?" Cass asked, clearly confused.
"Precisely. Why, you ask? Well," Mobius gestured to Brooke. "Their plotting to end the world. Obviously they have the power to do so, as merely a thought won't end you in this place. And you," He gestured towards Cass now. "I've been monitoring you. You're a powerful witch."

"Best not to ask, probably." Mobius interrupted, standing up. "C'mon, you two. We can walk and talk." He said, leading the group to...particularly nowhere. Just sort of wandering the halls, I guess. "We're dealing with a highly dangerous, unstable variant who has stolen some TVA technology, so you have to be careful."
"How careful?" Cass asked,slightly eyeing Mobius.
"She can erase you from time and space. That's the worst thing you need to be on the lookout for."

"This variant we're dealing with somehow survived being reset, and gained the ability to remake her own DNA to appear different. We've been looking for her for a while now."

Brooke seemed alittle too overly excited for this- they didn't even miss a beat, stepping strigh5 through the portal.
Azrael sighed.

"I find it best not to wonder." Mobius said with a slight chuckle before clearing his throat. "We've gotten several readings from here, specifically." There was a broken down movie theater in front of the group. It was pretty dark out, the sun setting.
"Hmm.." Cass slightly hummed, looking around. We're not in the TVA anymore. Can I use my magic now..?
