Matty's brows furrowed as she thought back to her childhood, trying to recall any details that might be helpful. "Well, when I used my magic, there was absolutely nothing discernable about the object I moved. In fact, it was so unnoticeable, that only one person in the world realized what I could do, and I had to tell her."

She looked thoughtful, trying to remember more. "And there was a sensation too, like a tingle in my eyes. It was kind of like static electricity, but not quite... Then they got white hot, and I could feel the power building, until I let it out. It was a unique feeling, like a connection between me and the object." She paused, as if trying to conjure more memories. "As for colors... I don't remember any specific colors during the actual magic part, it just felt... natural, you know? It was when I had done it that I felt colors. A wave of extreme calm would wash over me, and I would be flying past the stars on silver wings. I never even tapped my true potential... three miracles she called them, and then, nothing."

It was never meant to be.

Calmia laughed a bit.

"There's Wind, Lightning, Flame, Quanta, Ice, Physical and Imaginary. Imaginary is where all the non-specific stuff gets shoved in, see? We're in the same boat, it looks like."

Calmia finally pulled out a little machine, maybe the size of her palm. It was just a little disc.

She fiddled with it for a moment, before handing it to Matty.

"Put that over your heart. I'm not sure if it'll work, but might as well try, yeah?"

Matty couldn't help but smile at Calmia's explanation, the idea of her lost magic being categorized as "Imaginary" seemed fitting somehow. From the so called miracles she had performed, her powers classified somewhere in the realm of telekinesis. She listened with curiosity as Calmia pulled out the small machine, her attention fully engaged.

As Calmia handed her the disc, Matty took it carefully and observed it. She looked up, her expression a mix of hope and concern. "I appreciate your help, I really do. But... are there any potential risks or complications I should know about? I mean, I'm willing to try, but I want to be prepared for anything." Her fingers hesitated over the disc before she finally placed it over her heart as instructed.

It was never meant to be.

Matty couldn't help but let out a sarcastic chuckle at Calmia's description. "Ah, well, that's very reassuring," she retorted with a wry smile. "Nothing like a bit of excruciating pain to start the day off right."

As she held the disc against her chest, she glanced at Calmia.

"So, have you used this device before? I mean, it sounds like you have some experience with it. Any success stories, or is this more of an experimental venture?" She spoke with a mix of curiosity and a hint of nervous anticipation, fully aware that the potential for blinding pain was on the horizon.

It was never meant to be.

Four picked up his slightly damaged torch and threw it in the air. It just faded away.

"Uhh..... I wasn't expecting it to really hit the camera I was.....

Not that far away, Tingyun was staring at Four. She rolled her eyes at his pathetic attempt to chat. "I doubt I can see you bonding with that person well. I hope your friendship burns, that's kinda what you deserve for not listening to me."

Four heard this and looked at the floor. He had accidentally turned Tingyun into someone who hated him.

Tingyun smiled. "Hey now, whatchu gonna do? Tip some pathetic ice on my head? Nah, oh my! Burn my fan? I'm so scared!"

"Oh, I'll do something worse than that." Four snapped his fingers and stared at Tingyun.

"They probably did hear everything. Why am I not surprised...."

Tingyun screamed and ran away, leaving a trail of spiders.

"I just wonder who did that. Guess I'll never know."

Matty's eyes widened as Calmia recounted her own experience with the device. She couldn't help but empathize with the pain and uncertainty that Calmia had endured. It was a testament to Calmia's determination that she was willing to subject herself to such discomfort for the sake of her powers. It was also familiar, because Matty knew no matter how much she delayed, she would do the same.

She wondered how Calmia had lost them, but didn't dare ask.

"Well, if you're willing to go through that, then I guess I can give it a shot too," Matty said, her voice carrying a mixture of determination and a hint of surprise at her own willingness. She glanced at the disc still pressed against her heart, then back at Calmia with a small, apprehensive smile.

"I hope this works."

He slowly turned to face Ange.

"Well.... I presume that they were focusing on me..as they now appear to take a huge disliking towards my presence.

I remember that I would get revenge on anyone who hurt me or my friends. Shame that was where I'm from. Not sure if you're allowed to despawn people here... " He nervously smiled at that.

"Don't worry, I would always revive them."

"You don't want to see a dead algebralian. To us, normal. To anyone else, it's...glitchy and possibly horrific. The amount of static, glitches and other things in me is worse than the typical algebralian.

I've never seen the insides of a... Normal human... I'm guessing there's no static..."

Tingyun threw the donut at Four's hand and waited.

"I'm just guessing they have a heart which actually beats and no static, glitches or anything like that."

He held his bandaged right hand and looked at the small red cuts which weren't bandaged and that were still slightly visible. The donut went through his hand and dissappeared.

"What-"

Tingyun laughed and waved her tail. "Better eat a donut Four, they're going to get stale in your hand."

"How do you know about that?! Leave or I....uhh....summon the universes biggest spider...?"

In response, the Foxian ran away.

"Also, the donuts aren't going to go stale.. They won't until a few millenia or so."
