This Pokemon happens to have been obtained by cheating. What does that mean?

iirc it was an old april fools event with a joke cheat menu that you could supposedly summon pokemon with

@Pokehero0111 : According to the wiki.. Jesterig is a Pokémon which was released on the 1st April 2015. It was only obtainable on that day through the Cheat Panel.

Then, it was added at the Event Shop later on.

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.
