It’s Hot.
Too Hot.
The air is thick and heavy, you can almost choke on it.
This is not normal.

You live on a planet you call Redu. Throughout history, Redu had moderate rainfall and warm temperatures. But for the past few months, there was only about 1/10th of the normal rainfall, and panic is spreading. People, brave or foolish, have gone outside the capital city, Uanxi, to find a solution. Yet barely any return. Now, with the emergence of monsters, is there really any hope?

In your mail, you find a message from the president, requesting an audience. You have no choice but to see what she wants.

As stated above, this is a Honkai: Star Rail inspired RP. However, you do not need to have played, and will be completely spoiler free.

1. ALL Pokeheroes rules apply
2. I reserve the right to deny for any reason. If you are blocked by me, you will not be let in
3. Semi Lit - 3+ lines and decent grammar.
4. Be active - If you can’t be active for any period of time, a simple “I wont be active for (time)” will be fine

I've been super into Star Rail lately so I kind of went overboard with the skills whoops. I hope this fits with the universe, I just assumed there would be a level of technology similar to Star Rail.
also where's the path of Preservation? did you omit it intentionally?

Personality: The first thing you’ll notice about Kat is that she’s somewhat catlike in her mannerisms (hence the nickname), as she follows her own whims and she tends to laze around a lot. She is very casual in everything she does, but is also a bit temperamental and can turn very grumpy and sarcastic when she is forced to get her hands dirty.

However, despite her laziness, Kat is actually quite intelligent and skilled when it comes to mechanics and coding, though she tends to overcomplicate things. She often brags about her coding skills and dismisses most challenges as ‘too easy’ or ‘not worth her time,’ even though most of her time is just spent playing video games. However, she's also a little lonely, and isolates herself and projects a languid and aloof attitude due to social anxiety, and secretly longs to work with a team, but she’s not mature enough to admit it.

Shinko stands at a fairly tall 183 cm, with short, spiky, jade-colored hair. He often wears a flashy, brightly colored, fluttery hooded jacket, wearing a loose-fitting black shirt and a pair of baggy trousers underneath. His skin is light, and he often wears a bright grin. His eyes are a light shade of brown.

Personality:
Contrary to what his name would imply, Shinoko is probably the most unfaithful, dirty, low-down, scheming snake anyone would ever have the displeasure of knowing in their lives. He lies, he cheats, he swindles, he steals, and has a silver tongue drenched in venom. Yet, he's not irredeemable by any standards. Usually, just as long as you pay the, normally exorbitant prices, and stay around long enough to hear the end of one of his completely exaggerated tall tales, he's quite a reliable fellow, taking up tasks and finishing them with astounding efficiency.

Basic Attack: Coin Toss
(A toss of a coin defines his next move. On heads, His coin is able to deal a substantial amount of (quantum)damage by being thrown at high speeds. On tails, He spends that one coin to deal a random debuff to his opponent)

Skill: The Rich Get Richer
(On the usage of his skill, he throws multiple, randomly chosen amounts(2-5) of coins at his opponents, dealing fairly mediocre (quantum)damage, but stealing one random buff from the opponent or dealing two random debuffs. In addition, he gains one stack of [Damage Reduction].)

Ultimate: Storm of Drachmas
(He tosses a bag of coins into the air, before sending each and every coin flying to his opponent(s) at high speeds. This attack deals far more (quantum)damage than any of his other two attacks, and will activate one of two effects: If the opponent has more Buffs than Debuffs, then, he will steal 2 random buffs. If the opponent has more debuffs than buffs, he will deal 3 random debuffs upon the opponent. In addition, he gains two stacks of [Crit Rate Up])

Technique: Silver Tongue
(Using his powers of speech, he can convince one random opponent to stop fighting for a single turn, in the next battle.)

Talent: Money, Money, Money!
(Upon every third blow dealt by his coins, he gains one stack of [Stolen Assets]. When the [Stolen Assets] reach 10 stacks, he rids of the excess by throwing coins proportional to every stack above 10, and the counter resets. The coins alone deal fairly low damage on their own. He's also able to use said money to increase the amount of damage dealt by one of his attacks by a small amount.)

Ayran stands at a good height of 5'9, with a slender yet not too muscular build. He has barely shoulder length grey-ish golden locks that slightly covers his droopy molten gold eyes. The messy locks are occasionally held apart with a pin or hairclip.

Ayran wears a white frilled blouse, over a black vest with gold linings and small golden chains. Paired with waist high leather pants, combat boots with have good grip and a pair of black gloves that are fingerless on the thumb. His whole appearance is a mix of simplicity and wealth, plus practicality. Not too extravagant that it attracts attention left and right.

Ayran is extremely cunning and knows when to bargain and when to surrender, but that doesn't mean he isn't stubborn. When he really wants something, he will keep fighting till he gets it. Though on some situations, he can be quite tactless and oblivious to what is going on. But it is the truth, that Ayran wholeheartedly is a kind person. at times

-Basic Attacks-

Every 10 basics attacks, will follow up with a guaranteed [Crit]. If the [Crit] attack lands, Ayran will gain [1 Wind Stack], which in turn will boost his [Att Spd] by [5%] and [Att Dmg] by [5%] each stack. Once it stacks up to [7 Wind Stacks], directly on the next attack, it will come with [150%] total [Att Dmg] and [100%] total [Att Spd]. This works with both blade and gun form.

-Skill-

[Gun Ver.]
Rushing forward, throwing one of his gunblade in the air, he rushes forward towards his enemy jumping high in the air with the wind in his aid, he creates a crowd attack, shooting at those below him within a 7 meter radius, dealing [AoE Dmg]. Above him, is the other gunblade shooting automatically with he accurately controlling the wind. The attack last 10 seconds, and anyone who was hit with the first gunblade would be dealt with [1%] less [Mm Spd] for each bullet they were hit by.

[Blade Ver.]
Rushing forward, Ayran will throw one of his gunblade at his opponent like a boomerang, while welding the other one tightly, rushing forward, dealing 3 consecutive attacks, removing all buffs from the opponent, with a [33%] chance of stealing one of the buffs in turn. Right after, the other gunblade would hit the opponent on the back of their head, thus stunning it. With a [10%] chance causing [Crit Dmg] and following with the [Bleed] debuff for 10 seconds.

-Ultimate-

Charges forward dealing both [AoE Dmg] and [Phy Dmg], Ayran summons a rain of wind knives stabbing onto the ground and into the enemy. This causes them to tempreory become immobile and receiving the [Bleed] debuff for during the whole effect of the ultimate. If using the blade, [Mm Spd] would increase by [150%] and [Att Dmg] would increase by [200%] and Ayran would hit all immobile enemies atleast once, during the effects duration. If using the gun, Ayran would stay back and continuously shoot all immobile enemies, with [Crit] increased by [50%] and removing all buffs from enemies within the effect range. It will also choose the enemy with the highest [Att] to steal a buff from.

-Technique-
No cooldowns or time delays for switching out ammunitions. Nor would he ever run out of them.

-Talent-
The more [Dmg] Ayran takes, higher the [Att Spd] and [Att Dmg], this also includes higher chance of [Crit Dmg].
