Caspian got picked up quickly after having moved a small bit. He waved to the man who seemed almost invisible in the shadows if the forest. He wrapped himself around her again, holding on tightly.

Mercy dodged again and formed her rapier, throwing it right at him. But some of the cryo got on her arm, freezing it over. That hurt. She kept running.

There was a small man fighting the baby! He summoned his trident and slashed it down. Vines leapt from the ground and pulled Scara to the ground. He shifted through his inventory, wondering if he should pull out his crossbow.

Lydia's body went limp.

Why couldn't she move? That wasn't good. Why weren't her powers working?

She tried again.

Only her head was moving properly. Her hair wa sshort now, singed at the ends.

Moon curled up against Bliss, the distortionist's voice soothing her to sleep. All the worries she had ever had faded away in her arms. She didn't care if she lived or died, as long as she was with Bliss.

Bliss began to sing. It was more like a siren song than anything, but it was just to ensure that Moon would sleep without disturbance. She could easily give her endless nightmares, but she didn't. For tonight.

She was tired. She was really, really tired.

Everything was so numb.

She closed her eyes.

And then, she was back in her dreamscape.

She gave a heavy sigh, and sat down on the ground. Or, at least, whatever constituted as ground, here.

She flicked open the screen.

She ignored Moon. She was a baddie, and therefore, not worth her attention unless it was Lydia's time to kill her.

She frowned.

There was nothing interesting.

"You tried to hurt the baby!" He summoned the vines again, thicker this time. When he thought there were enough, he threw (yeet) his trident at Scara. If this short person was a human, they'd just respawn so that's okay.

Azazel decided that the weird feeling was enough to make him too uncomfortable. He shivered a bit and got up from the bench. He started heading towards the door. He was ready to just leave this weird place.

“Ugh— you!” The trident was pretty bad. He teleported out of the vines, about 10 feet over. “I’ll get you for that—“ He tried to shock them all one last time before magic poof returning to the distortionist base for convenience

Caspian nodded his head. “He’s nicccccce.” he told her. He looked at the guy from behind Mercy, waving to him even though he was fighting someone else.

Azazel opened the door. Finally free from weirdness. After closing it again he walked quickly away from the house. Although he still felt a trace of that weirdness… He shook it off though and continued walking away.

"Graah!" He pulled up his shield at the last moment but the electro sent him flying (due to the different game mechanics logic y'know y'know?) into a tree. Three hearts were wiped clean. He croaked and ate a roasted chicken. He noticed the Baby waving and waved back.

Iteral yelps and looks at Maiden, trying to calm her down by making calming motions with her arms. The illusion wore off, revealing her to be mostly okay. "Don't worry, don't worry... Lydia healed me... I was... conducting a test." She slides the tea back towards Maiden. "I-It is yours... I don't feel like drinking or eating anyway."

You know the first rule in combat? shoot them before they shoot you.
