Kendo sipped from his coffee, glancing up from his notes.

"If it were anyone else, I'd be concerned, but... My sister's kind of terrifying, so she'll be alright."

I mean- I have no idea." He tapped his foot and Eye rolled his eye (singular. I'm right here ya knowww I could fix her! If she's a robot like you, that is. Yumine looked from Eye to Grimm and sighed. Moon was quiet, staring at her surroundings analytically. They appeared to be in some sort of compound. She could pick the trail back up here, and subtly pointed in the direction of a bench in the distance.

It was never meant to be.

Mercy frowned but nodded. Yekaterina told her a while ago about a similar plague doctress and how she supposedly betrayed them to work for someone they thought was better. Either way, plague doctors in general shouldn't be trusted. She's been around the middle ages, she would know. She turned back to Kendo. "Kendo?"

She smiled and nodded. "That's how me and Ambrose were for a while... That led into what caused this whole mess in the first place." While the soup heated up, she sat next to him, leaning her head on his arm. "What's going on now... I think it'll be worse than anything we've done. I'm terrified."

Iteral, somehow instinctively, held her arms in front of her face as quickly as she could. That did not mitigate the damage and she did end up screaming at the top of her lungs... but at least it kept her face relatively unburnt.
