Hi might be a stupid question but I've just unlocked the mossy Forrest and went to send Eevee to it but on rumble it just said silent Forrest still where do I find the mossy Forrest?

If you scroll past the 'Choose an area' section, there should be a 'Special areas' section, and Mossy Forest should be under that.
