Clearly out of thought from whatever conversation was happening, Ori eventually finished an origami swan from the torn page. "I guess that's not bad but... let's see if this still works." He rubbed his fingers around the paper swan a few times, trying to keep focus.

After a few moments, the wings of the origami swan started fluttering. Ori watched as it hovered a bit in the air. "Guess I still have that..." he chuckled softly.

While he was ignoring the conversation, the awkward atmosphere made him a bit tense, but he kept his gaze to the now animated origami swan still in the air, now flying around the coffee shop. "Wait how long does this go for again..." Ori muttered softly. "Eh, I'll just find out."

The origami swan kept flying around the coffee shop as Ori smiled softly, which was a first in a while.

I don't wanna read up on everything, so just act like Bernadette has been drinking her tea in silence for now lol

Finally posting again after finishing my second character <3

Bernadette had been disinterestedly listening along to the conversations, her eyes flickering over to the rain outside. She'd sipped her tea in silence, closing her eyes as they appreciated the rather calm moment. The soft ambience of the music playing inside, the rain hitting the window, and the warmth of the shop. She'd smiled contently, staring down at her drink.
