I had decided to wait but its starting to bug me. The Prize Exchange say's You may exchange every item up to five-times per day. But it hasn't reset for me. I waited for 5 days and nothing happened.

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to show with the screenshot, but the bug has been fixed. I've adopted more than 5 items of several items [spread throughout several days].
