I'm new to this site and I want to know is how do I stop these tutorials from popping up. It's ruining my experiance of this site. I don't want nor need tutorials. I don't want no hand holding in my games or websites.

I would suggest that you just fulfill all tutorials, they only appear in the beginning. If you've done all tutorials, they will never show up again
