The man entered the Cafe, sitting down at a table. He ordered a
coffee, as he opened a book. I was quiet, except for the low
chattering of the other customers.
Theo walked fast but careful, as he knew how dangerous this city
could be. Eventually he reached the place that he called 'home',
which was a small apartment meant for one person. He didn't care
though. He moved some stuff off of the table and put the case notes
down, quickly writing some stuff on the papers. When he was done,
he took his book and sat down, listening to the noises of the storm
while he read.

The man continued reading, sipping from his cu and checking his
watch periodically. 8:00 PM. 9:00 PM. 10:00 PM. The hours flew by.
When it got to 11:30 PM, he abruptly got up and disappeared into
the night.
Theo had checked the time every few minutes, and when it neared
11:30, he bookmarked the page he was on and stood up. This'll be
interesting. He left his apartment to the cold chill of the
night. He shivered as he navigated through the streets.

Theo walked, squinting to see through the darkness, trying to find
the place that the criminal had spoken about. ...Going to take
down the mafia...with a criminal. How fun.

The man stood at the end of the alleyway, leaning against a wall,
reading a book. He flipped through the book with one hand and held
an umbrella in the other. he seemed pretty bored.
Theo...almost missed it. He has a poor sense of direction, and to
be fair, it is near midnight. He slowly trudged down the alley, and
then noticed the man.

"I've got nothing to lose. Plus, this intrigues me." It's
something interesting that isn't taking pictures of dead bodies for
hours and analyzing them.
