clicklist rewards

So when I do clicklist sometimes there's little white things rewarded but checking my inventory I can't find them, they look like pearls of some sort though. What are they and what do they do?

powerorbs. can be used to hatch eggs/give exp to pokemon

Additionally, they can actually be found in your item bag, they're located in the key items tab as they cannot be sold or traded between users.
