Perfectly matched delibirds at the daycare aren’t breeding, I’ve put the money in and no eggs yet. Does this have something to do with rarity?

No, the rarity doesn't affect the breeding rate.

@Helaman1098: Thats actually wrong, the rarity does affect the chances of getting eggs.

E.G. you get more eggs for a caterpie (easy) than for a larvitar (rare).
