Emika blushed, but returned the hug with a smil- Pain. Her head felt like exploding. She was thankful Jackie couldn't currently see her face as it contorted from the pain.
Marina agreed with Lottie. That was a very bad mindset to have!
Eris winced. The mindset Veronica had was a small snippet similar to what her own mindset was a few years ago...

Jackie also blushed a little. "There it is again...that same feeling...what is it?..." she said, smiling a little.
"I hope she'll be able to recover soon...even though it might take a long while..." Lottie frowned. Who knew that the pink-haired girl went through a lot? "Do you know her name?" She asked.

Jackie then frowned. Emika probably didn't have the same feeling...maybe she was pushing it..."S...Sorry.." Jackie said, breaking off from the hug. "Uh...I'm going to use the bathroom...I'll just, come back and rest..." she said sadly, and left.
"Veronica May, huh....we should visit her..but, we don't know what hospital she's at. Maybe tomorrow we can give her some gifts? The nurses might know what hospital she was sent to." Lottie smiled a little.

Jackie was in the bathroom stall, sitting in a crouched position. "Ahh, what am I thinking? I bet she doesn't feel the same way. I'm just imagining things. It's the first day, anyways...how am I so attached to her? We just met, for goodness sake!" Jackie said to herself with a frown.

Emika sighed. Of course... "Getting cozy with the playthings, are we?" asked Desire. Emika sneered at her reflection. "As a matter of fact, no. I am not getting cozy with the 'playthings'. I already told you. THIS is my new leaf. I don't want to hurt these people. Especially not-" she froze. Why- "Why the intent on keeping Miss Ness safe?" mused Desire. "Are you weakening yourself to THEIR level~?" Desire snickered, making the mirror ripple a little.

Jackie's eyes widened. Never hurt others again?! Emika used to hurt people?! In what way?? But, who was she arguing with?? She couldn't hear anyone else but Emika...maybe her phone wasn't on speaker? If she was talking through a phone..

Jackie's eyes widened once again. Who else was in there?! Someone was inside all along?! What should she do?! Jackie made a decision. Whoever this was kept pushing Emika to the limit, because she was always refusing to hurt people!! Whoever this Desire was, she wouldn't let them hurt Emika! Jackie slowly opened the door..

Emika was horrified. Desire flexed her hand. "Interesting~." she said, admiring her gloved hands. Before either side of a whole could say something to the other, they heard something by the...door... The door was opening?! Both sides of DD whipped their heads towards the door, Desire grinning sadistically.
