Jackie had History with Emika. Surprisingly, her seat was a desk away from her. During class, Jackie couldn't stop looking at Emika. She admired her beauty...wait, huh?! Jackie was then cut off when the History teacher snapped in Jackie's face. Jackie flinched. "Miss Ness, please pay attention. This is your only warning " she said strictly, before going back to the whiteboard and teaching again. Jackie blushed in embarrassment.
In Math, Lottie was with Eris. When math problems were asked, Lottie raised her hand to almost all of them, and quickly solved math problems on her worksheets, or wrote notes. She glanced at Eris. Wasn't she the girl from Principal Claire at the beginning? She gave a shy wave to her.
In Science, Veronica was with Marina. Veronica didn't make fun, or look at her, or call her rude names like she did at lunch...instead, she sat at her desk, not paying attention to anything.

Eris was very quiet during the lesson. She was good at math and solved her worksheets with ease. She was impressed by the glasses girl's answering every question. Interesting...

Jackie did her best to pay attention, but all she wanted to see was Emika...why was that? She kept throwing her glances back and fourth, but also payed attention to the lesson, not wanting to get in trouble again.
"Miss Rosetta, please write the formula of Pi for us." The math teacher said. Lottie nodded. She stood from her desk and walked over to the whiteboard. Instead of writing a simple, "3.14", she wrote 100 digits of it! The students were shocked and suprised.
Veronica looked down at her desk, as blood slowly dripped from her mouth. She realized this, but she just grabbed a napkin from her bag to clean it..

Emika continued to watch the lesson, only her mind was in a hurricane. She wasn't happy...
Marina heard a strange dripping sound. She looked around subtly, and saw it; Veronica was wiping something off her des- WAS THAT BLOOD!?

Jackie decided to secretly write a note to Emika. Drawing on a piece of paper, she folded it after she was done writing and secretly passed to Emika behind the one desk that separated them.
The students clapped at Lottie's work. "T-Thank you..." she said. The teacher smiled. "Thank you, Miss Rosetta. You may be seated." She said. Lottie nodded before walking back to her seat. She smiled shyly, proud of herself.
Veronica raised her hand weakly. "M..May I use the bathroom, please?.." she said. The science teacher nodded. Veronica got up, coughing a little bit of blood, as she limped her way over to the door, hand over her stomach, and left.

Emika was startled slightly as something hit her foot. She glanced down... A folded up paper? Stealthily, she picked up the paper and quietly opened it to see its contents.
Marina frowned. That didn't seem good...
Eris smiled as Lottie sat down. She was shy as well, yet still had more confidence in herself than Eris ever did...

The note read, 'Hey Emika! This class is boring. I can't stop thinking about you. I wish class was over already so we can hang out. - Jackie' it said. Jackie turned red when Emika opened the note..
As Lottie began to solve more math problems on her worksheet, she was thinking about Eris. Maybe she can gain a friendship with her! They could be shy buddies! That sounded corny, but it was worth a shot!
As Veronica was in the bathroom, she couldn't stop coughing out blood. "I..I think I busted something in my stomach..that punch did too much damage..." she said weakly.

Emika smiled at the note. She carefully wrote her own note, which simply read, "I do as well." She folded it and used her foot to slide it backwards to Jackie.
Marina was blissfully unaware...
Eris was focused on working on the math problems...

Jackie felt the note hit her foot. She grabbed it and opened it. She smiled. She wrote down, "This class makes me tired. I wish we could hug. I mean.. talk together..haha!" she blushed a little at the note, but folded it again and kicked it to Emika.
The math teacher spoke. "On this worksheet, you guys may work with a partner. Only one person. Three or more is prohibited." they said. Lottie lit up. She smiled, got up from her seat and immediately moved to Eris. She pulled a nearby chair and sat next to her. "Uhm, do you want to be partners?" Lottie said nervously.
After a few minutes, Veronica came back. As she went to her seat, she nearly collapsed and fainted. Multiple students turned their heads to Veronica. "Miss May, are you alright?" The science teacher asked. "I...I'll be...yes.." Veronica managed to say.

Emika smiled at the return of the folded paper. Reading the note made her blush a little. She put the note away and continued with class.
Marina was immediately concerned. Bubblegum girl didn't look too good...
Eris was surprised. Someone wanted to partner with her? She smiled a little. "S-sure."

"You may read this Civil War book with one partner!" The history teacher said. Jackie immediately leaped up from her chair and sat with Emika as other students went to sit with their partners. Jackie happily hugged Emika.
Lottie smiled. "If you need any help with some questions, I'll be happy to help guide you to the answer!" She beamed to Eris.
"E-Excuse me, I...I need...*gag*" Veronica said, covering her mouth. "No, no no!! I can't throw up blood all over my desk!!" Veronica thought to herself. "What was that, Veronica?" One student said to her. Veronica had her hand over her mouth, and the other over her stomach.

Emika giggled as Jackie hugged her. She liked this... But somewhere deep in her mind, something was stewing in hatred...
Upon seeing this action from Veronica, Marina quickly found a bucket and practically materialized in front of Veronica, bucket placed under the sickly girl's chin.
Eris nodded and smiled shyly.

Jackie held Emika close. She then broke off from the hug and opened the history book. "Let's read together!" She said happily.
Lottie happily helped Eris with her worksheet, and gave her steps on how to solve them. Maybe she could take this chance to ask if she wanted to be friends with her?
Veronica was suprised. The lavender-haired girl was helping her, even after all the rude things she did? She was about to say something, but then she vomited a pool of blood into the bucket. The students were horrified. The teacher immediately called the nurse.

Marina was a little disturbed, but held the bucket nonetheless. Poor Bubblegum..
Eris was thankful for Lottie's help. She was smart, but not superhuman intelligent.

Jackie couldn't stop taking small glances at Emika. She was so beautiful...why did she think such a way about her? It was only their first day...but...still..
Lottie smiled happily. "And that's how you solve y = kx !" She said proudly. "Also...would you like to be friends? You seem like a cool person!" Lottie said shyly.
Veronica then fainted a few minutes after she vomited. The nurses arrived and quickly took Veronica to their office. The students were whispering about the situation...

Emika did her best to pay attention to the book, but she was mentally in a tangle. She... loved?... loved Jackie, but she didn't approve. What was she to do?!
Marina carefully and quickly discarded the soiled bucket and its contents. She hoped Bubblegum girl would be okay...
Eris was startled. This girl wanted... to be friends with her?! Maybe...she should... "I... I'd like that." She said with a hopeful smile.

Jackie also couldn't stop smiling. She couldn't stop thinking about Emika. Surprisingly, she rested her head on Emika's shoulder, covering her face with her hands, hiding her blush and her smile.
Lottie smiled. New friend obtained! She wondered how Marina would like Eris? She would probably accept it, she loved having new people around!
An hour later, Veronica returned. She sat back down in her seat, feeling light headed. "Miss May, are you going to be alright?" The teacher said. "Y-Yes...." Veronica lied. She felt horrible...why did the people she bully help her?..

Emika blushed at the sudden touch. Wait, Jackie's head was on her shoulder!!! Oh stars above! What was she supposed to do?!?
Marina was humming quietly to herself as she did classwork.
Eris smiled shyly yet happily. Her first friend!!!

Jackie, not realizing what she was doing, whispered to herself. "She's so cute!! Ahhh!!!" She said quietly, but loud enough to be heard.
Lottie smiled happily.
"You may work with a partner on your science project." The science teacher said. Veronica weakly grabbed her pencil and worked on it by herself.. she looked around, seeing others with partners and frowned.

Marina kicked her legs happily. She wasn't bothered with not having a partner for a project. She knew how to make it fun! Although she frowned a little as she noticed Veronica was alone too...
