"Huh, ok." He really was annoyed. Totally not her fault. Cloning was something relatively new which she hadn't tried before, mostly because it was deemed unsafe. At least that would be something interesting. She remembered the steps to cloning yourself, and began trying it.

'Cloning is a relatively easy magic to learn, but it is extremely hard to control!'

Ayran worriedly looked at the others trying to practice, 'If they don't control it well, the clones may gain their own consciousness!'

Ayran thought about it carefully, "Stop! Don't do it!"

Ayran stepped forward, and sighed, "I'm surprised the intructor didnt tell you this yet.."

Ayran glanced at the instructor in the corner of his eye, "But cloning magic may be easy to learn, but it is incredibly hard to control.."

Ayran lowered his voice, "If you don't control your clones well, they may gain their consciousness.."

Ayran glared at the spot the instructor was last standing, Ayran usually tries to be polite but today was really, really just to frustrating. But to see a adult not caring for the safety of their students. That's enough for him.

'Sir. No offense, but are you not right in your head or something?' Ayran thoughtq with a mocking smile.

'You as a teacher, are supposed to take responsibility and teach your students, but all I see here is you whiney about us.' Ayran thought mockingly, and scoffed for the first time in a long time.

Lucinda had followed all the instructions, though it was much harder for her to get used to melee, but when the instructor mentioned cloning, her mind clicked, she had read something about cloning this morning.

Cloning. This place was just asking for a student death rate of 50% or higher.

She had quietly been creating ten shadow knives by herself like the instructor had asked. Normally, she wouldn't have listened to him, but creating ten weapons was a curious idea. She would never use a blade in battle, but it was still an interesting proposition.

She held all ten knives in one hand. Calculating the physics trajectories in her head, she threw all of them in one fluid motion. With just a nudge of shadow magic, they all hit their marks. Ten dummies disintegrated into dust. Ah, destruction.

A flick of her wrist summoned them back to her. Cath didn't care if the instructor was watching. She looked out the window, trying to get a glimpse of the sky. Was there another blood moon tonight?
It was never meant to be.
