Iteral tries calling again. Her worry starts rising again, as she tries calling again and waving through the hallway. "Come on, come on..." She mutters, hand in her bag. The desire to dial back was immense, but she is doing her best not to. Instead, she leaves the fifth floor after a few minutes, going into his room/workshop instead.

Caspian looked up at Mercy and nodded his head, closing his eyes and putting his head back into the crook of her neck. He wouldn't be opening his eyes until she said that he was able to again.

Looking through the workshop, she finds nothing. Just incomplete inventions, tools, everything. She even saw the clock she left him on his desk, intact and unused. "And as usual... nobody wants to deal with my stuff." She wanted to be annoyed but she could not, her worry was too strong. "Maybe I was missing something..." She walks back out, just roaming the hallways at this point and thinking.

"Good boy." She wondered why she was doing this. Why wasn't she bursting into tears or lashing out at the world? Perhaps it was because of the contents of the note, but she felt adrenaline running through her body. She opened the door and quickly made her way to the fourth floor, closing and locking that door, and covering the room with stars so no shadows could exist. She placed the body on the floor. "Please.... Come on..."

Iteral was still just one floor below. She roams around, deep in thoughts, thinking about what could have happened. Did the Blight get him... no, then he'd be revived by now. An attack? Nah, Yeka would've mentioned something like that. Or at least gloat about it or whatever. Wait... what about Mercy? A goddess of her caliber should have no issues tracking him down. "Mom!" She shouted, hearing the doors open and close above her. "Have you found him yet!" She goes on, going up the staircase.

She started performing a ritual, leaving his body in the center of a glyph. Speaking in Greek, she enchanted a strong spell, one that caused his body to erupt in hot pink and yellow flames. She covered Caspian's mouth and nose with one hand, and pointed to the ceiling with the other. She could hear Iteral getting closer, so tried to speed up the process.

Iteral looks around, scratching her head. "Strange. Could've sworn..." Thankfully, the time witch chose the most suboptimal approach first, checking every door. Which... was easy, since it was just one. Though when that one proved to be locked, she went up to the fifth after to check that. Then, she went back down and knocks on the only door on the fourth floor. "Mom, are you in there?"

He walked around the house, noting how horrible it looked. There was… he didnt know what to call them… images of himself, the old himself, with others. He didnt like it. Not one bit

She heard Iteral's knocking, ignoring it to focus on her spell. She didn't want to fail and have to clean up the splattered remains. So she continued on. It was almost done.

Iteral waited for a response... though when she got none, she sighs. "Guess she's just busy... as usual." She walks downstairs, looking around with one hand still in her bag. Not knowing what to do or where to go, she just goes outside... taking a breath of fresh air in. Then seeing the person constantly wandering around the house like for a stakeout, she asks. "... what are you doing?"

Knock yourself out." She said, then going back in and up the stairs to the highest floor, just checking every room and every door once again.

She was done. It was over, and she had nearly fulfilled all of his requests. Around her neck sat a charming diamond necklace, something she hadn't been wearing before. She exited the room and went back downstairs, though there was an empty look in her eyes. She put a smile on and looked around. "For now, everyone should relax. Me and Matsunaga will get this place clean in no time."

Iteral finally stood in front of Mercy, sighing. She had already started cleaning up stuff herself, like the spoiled food and all, though left the heavier tasks to her mother. "... I guess you do not want me to help on there." She mutters, then shakes her head. "Mom. Have you seen Dad? I can't find him anywhere." She looks at the necklace, then back up at her mother.

Iteral's desire to look for Ambrose came to a screeching halt.
He... ran away. From a house full of Blight that can inhibit gods. And for no scientific inquiry or breakthrough either, else he'd call. And his phone was working right before, it just all went to voicemail.

"..." Iteral went to the kitchen and took some rotten food from the trash. "I'll eat in my room." She said, going back up.
