As Rhuna looked out, she clenched her fists tightly, almost to a point where her claws her break her own skin. Bloodlust was now her aura, and that could be very bad. She could smell death, and she loved it. She wanted more. She felt herself slowly loosing her sanity at the sheer feeling of power. "W-We are so close... so close... close..."

Iteral looks a little... horrified at the sight but at the same time, it is not like Gaia liked her. So it made sense. Still, with a risky move, she simply chooses brute force, as shadowy flames wrap all around her now, subduing the pollen but not removing them. With time on her side, she simply charges at Gaia's hand, hitting the back of her hand with quite a blow.

It left barely a mark, and Gaia managed to break out of the shadows very easily. She created a wall of flowers, all very lethal to the touch. While she was distracted, Mercy freed herself and crawled up Gaia's arm, narrowly dodging her attempts to shake her off. "Control yourself! This isn't like you!"

Iteral groans, stopping in front of the wall. She looks around, trying to find a path through and, when realizing that it was almost impenetrable, she looks through the past, trying to find a spot to leap through. "Mom! Grandma! Are you two alright?!" She yells, trying to look through.

Mercy couldn't hear Iteral, too busy trying to break Gaia out of her hypnosis. "I hate you..." Every word was dripping with venom, and Mercy took all of it in. She reached her shoulder and took out her wand, pointing it at Gaia. Before she could cast a spell, Gaia pushed her off. She fell to the ground, sticking her wand into Gaia's skin to slow the fall. "You can't fix this."

"Yes I can! Just tell me what I need to do! Do I need to kill the two I saw?!"

Iteral was still looking, come on, come on... yes! Disappearing for a second, she reappears in time just as the wall was about to form, right where she struck Gaia before: On the back of her hand. With a ticking noise, she gasps as she sees the events unfold and, as Mercy falls, Iteral flies behind. "Don't worry, I got you!" She yells, descending fast to reach her mother.

Mercy held herself up by hanging onto Gaia's dress. "Get back with the others!" She yelled to Iteral, ascending the giant mass that was her mother. "I can do this on my own, just protect the others!"

"I don't care if you can!" Iteral groans, lending Mercy a helping hand and even aging up slightly from the damage to match her. "I protect my mother! I cried for you and almost lost you before, I will not let that happen again!" She grins at Mercy, a grin of pure confidence. "The others are protected. Don't you worry!"

"Go back! This is between me and my mother!" She growled, trying to reach her shoulder again- though it proved harder. Vines wrapped all around Gaia, catching Mercy and trapping her under them.

"No, not this time!" Iteral forms a shadow saw with her wand, slicing through the vines. "You're my mother, she's my grandmother, I won't give in to either until this is resolved! Besides, you're not her worst mistake. That title..." She blows shadows from her hand, obscuring vision for a bit as she moves Mercy just a bit away. "Belongs to me."

For just a moment, Gaia seemed to falter, hesitate. Then, she summoned a large Venus flytrap monster, directing it towards the others by the path. Mercy tried to free herself from the rest of the vines, but they kept coming, dragging her up towards Gaia.

Iteral yelps at the two-front assault, though she was of no less ability to have two of her own: Summoning another marked one, that one attempts to distract the flytrap, while the unmarked one kept blasting at Gaia's attacks at Mercy. It wasn't just her fighting spirit at a fever pitch... but also her resilience.

Gaia was able to block most of Iteral's attacks. Mercy huffed at her stubborn nature. She didn't want Iteral to get mixed in the crossfire, but if Iteral refused to go away then that was her choice. She created the largest field of stars she ever had, surrounding Gaia completely. The Deity attempted to stop, but her body was still under control and acted on the order to kill everyone, so she touched a few stars and set them off in a chain reaction. It turned s bright white from the explosions and managed to puncture a few holes in her body- though not enough to kill, of course. She fell to one knee and growled lowly, grabbing Mercy and throwing her against the ground.

Iteral flinched at the brightness, shielding herself as well as she could from the starfire. Though when she saw Gaia move, a light shined inside her. So, as another copy of Iteral... just threw herself at the flying Mercy to soften the impact, the original unleashed the twin beams again... but this time the beams went around Gaia and hit the windows of the castle instead.

Mercy pulled away from the copy. She was perfectly fine- only a few scratches. A vine tore through her shoulder- that didn't really matter. "Kill..." Gaia seemed fully intent on murdering her daughter and her daughter's children. Mercy was focused on both defending everyone and trying to get her to snap out of the control, but a small voice in her head told her that it wouldn't work as hard as she's tried.

The two Iterals look at Mercy, as they switched places and Mercy is picked up by the original, while the copy most likely perishes in the fight again. "Look, we can fight her all we want... but look at her. She is forced to do it, her movements are all telegraphed. We either need to break the spell or find the guy behind it!" She pants, having taken minor damage too and now slightly older than Mercy. "... can one of us go into her mind?"
