If I breed a PKMN with a different PKMN of its egg group, would the resulting egg have a greater chance of being the PKMN the mother or father is?

If breeding is the same as in the mainline games, it will hatch as the mother

Breeding on PH is not the same as in the mainline games and what SH1NYM said is correct. You'll get both, determined by random chance.
