The only way you would be considered "cheating" on Pokeheroes would be if you were using outside applications such as autoclicker, alt accounts, and hacking the site to give yourself an unfair advantage.

Since all players will have access to EXP shares eventually on their own accounts, that's not seen as 'unfair' given all players have access to the feature. :>
